Not too long ago I saw the cutest mini cinnamon buns and mini hash brown quiches on Jenny's site, Picky Palate. I knew as soon as I saw them I had to make them! I love all things mini.

Right after I saw the post about them, my cousin Andrea asked me if I would be interested in doing a brunch for a party she was going to have! I sent Andrea the link to get her approval and she emailed me back with a yes and then proceeded to ask me if I loved her enough to add cream puffs to the list! I promptly emailed her back and told her I loved her more than enough and I would bring cream puffs. :)

The bacon for the quiche was the most time consuming, but so worth it! The maple syrup I use is a light amber made by one of my cousin's and it is SO delicious!) The bacon is baked in the oven and it doesn't curl up (it is a thicker bacon you use for the recipe) and when you cut it, it doesn't crumble! Just look at the pieces below and see for yourself!

Now, because I DO love all things mini, I am also leaving you with a mini version of my favorite pet....baby kittens! Andrea's kitty became a mommy for the first time just a few weeks ago and had 8 babies! Below are the cutest of the bunch (of course, I love the tiger!) If you look at the little paw - there are 7 toes on one of the babies! Oh, they are so sweet. In a couple more weeks they are going to be adorably cuddly! If I didn't have 3 cats already, I'd be taking one of these sweet little things HOME! :)
