Back to work with cupcakes

I have a lot of bananas. They are getting riper faster than we can eat them - again. ;o)

Grumpy wants banana bread and yes, I am working on that as I write this post. But, I had more than just 3 bananas that needed to be used, so I went on a food blog search yesterday and found a recipe for Banana Cardamon Cupcakes on Cookworm. I immediately knew these were the cupcakes I was going to make. I loved the ingredients and I especially love the nutmeg sprinkled on top!

I took these cupcakes into work for everyone who missed my cooking, Oops, I mean for those who missed me. Yes, I am back to work as of yesterday. I'll be there part-time until the Dr say's I can go back to full time! I'm healing well and feeling much better!
