I for one am definitely ready for spring. I'm ready to see the trees and flowers come to life and for the grass to get green.
My choice for our spring meal was Zucchini Ribbons with Saffron Couscous. I personally loved this dish. My son Christopher enjoyed it also. Grumpy though, eh, not so much. But he ate it anyway and didn't continually cry it was horrid. I broiled some spicy shrimp to go with so maybe that placated him some. ;)
