Crab & Swiss Quiche

Today's entry into the brunch contest was submitted by Carmen.  This is a recipe that her daughter gave her.  Carmen say's that her daughter is a great cook!  This quiche was quick and easy to put together.  The baking was the longest part of the whole recipe :o)

Make sure to come back tomorrow for the last entry in the brunch contest!

Crab and Swiss Quiche

2 eggs, beaten
½ c milk
½ c mayonnaise
1 tsp cornstarch
½ pound crab
1-1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese

  4. Definitely love crab in a quiche. It's sweet and buttery--perfect for creamy eggs.
