Raspberry Stuffed French Toast

Day 5 of the contest round up!  :o)  Today’s entry for Raspbery Stuffed French Toast was submitted by Heather for the Brunch/Breakfast contest.  She found the recipe of Kraft Canada which you can view by clicking HERE.   This was the last of our sweet entries for the brunch contest.
I apologize for my lack of words today – we ended up visiting Grumpy’s step-mom over the weekend.  She will be incapacitated for a while as she was involved in an accident at work that led to breaking her kneecap!  I feel so bad for her.  We left for the day yesterday and I took her some of those yummy Cooking Light Toasted Coconut Cookies to try to make her at least feel a little better.  Our families have had enough accidents to last for a while! I sure hope this is the end of them!
Make sure to come back over the next couple of days to see the last few entries for the contest :o)!

Thanks everyone – accidents happen, but it is always worse on a person when it was caused by someone else's carelessness. That is how her accident happened (and Grumpy's)and it stinks they have to be the ones to really pay for it!

Barbara – I fixed the link. Thanks for letting me know!

French toast is one of my favorite breakfast foods. This one looks so special. Here's to a speedy recovery for Grumpy's step-mom. I'm sure those cookies helped.
