This is a Hofmann Hot Dog with Woebler's Sweet and Spicy Mustard. The way I used to eat my hotdogs before I found something that umphs it up a whole lot.
This is a Hofmann Hot on Steroids. As Grumpy says, it makes a Hofmann Hot with mustard go from wow to KAPOW! Oh yeah. Let me introduce you my friends to our newest addiction.
Pucker's Gourmet Pak Dong. A slightly sweet, slightly spicy pickled Thai style cabbage. We found this product at the Troy Waterfront Market a few weeks ago. We are now addicted. The only thing we think could make it better would be if it were smaller pieces. Sometimes you will get a huge hunk of cabbage that you wish were smaller pieces of cabbage. But that doesn't affect the taste in any way.
You too can have the best hot dog you've ever eaten. All you need are the ingredients below:
1 Hofmann Hot Hotdog, grilled until slightly charred and the skin has started to crack
1 Hot dog roll
Woebler's Sweet and Spicy Mustard (to taste)
1-2 Tablespoons Pucker's Gourmet Pak Dong
Place grilled hot dog in roll. Drizzle with desired amount of mustard and top with Pucker's Gourmet Pak Dong.
