Sunday’s are normally pancake days in our home. My favorite pancake recipe to follow is on allrecipes.com and is called Fluffy Pancakes. I ended up making these on Saturday this last weekend and Sunday I made these cinnamon rolls in the photos. I have always loved homemade cinnamon rolls and the craving hits after I saw Mindi’s post on her blog Mindika Moments of her Grandmother’s cinnamon rolls. Once I saw those rolls, I knew I had to make some.
Grumpy was still sleeping when I threw this in the bread machine to start the dough. By the time he was out of bed I had the rolls in the oven. It takes about 3 hours from start to finish to make these (yes, I was up at 5 AM on a Sunday morning). I halved the recipe because I didn’t want a huge amount of cinnamon rolls in the house calling my name. Right now there are only 6 left. Grumpy had two while I had one. These rolls had great reviews on allrecipes.com – 5 stars with over 3,000 reviews. Can’t go wrong there. For the recipe click HERE.
Oh! Make sure you come back tomorrow. I will be announcing my 2 year blog anniversary giveaway and will have some special gifts!

Stay Cozy, Carrie
If everyone made and ate Cinnabons each morning…there would be world peace and alot of overweight people! just luv'em!
Shelby, OMG these look and sound sooooo divine!!!
Thanks a lot for the wonderful recipe. Every New Year , I try something new in my kitchen. I wanted to try something new for this time too to treat my family and friends with. This will be a real treat!
Oh wow! Anytime we walk past or near Cinnabon in the mall we have to follow our nose! I bet your kitchen was getting some nice smells too when you made these tasty morsels.
Thank you,

I have been known to drive many miles for a delicious cinnamon bun Shelby…don't be surprised if I show up at your door:D
Shelby, those cinnabon clones look delicious. I've had that recipe in my recipe box for ages, but always seem to try something else first. Now that YOU have recommended them, I am going to try them!
Oh, I've made these before and blogged about them (http://www.mangiodasola.com/2009/11/cinnamon-rolls.html). They are truly fantastic. YUM! Your rolls look fantastic! I love how much frosting you put on them.
Oh, I want one!!!
