Creamy and full of cheese and caramelized onions, this keto-friendly dip is perfect for any party!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 Pop and Cook Sauteed Glazed Onion cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions

    1. Melt butter in a hot skillet. Turn heat down to medium-low and add Pop and Cook Sauteed Glazed Onion cubes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are thawed and warm.
    2. Add onions to cream cheese and with a hand mixer, mix until combined.
    3. Add sour cream and salt and mix until creamy. Chill until ready to serve.
